Elementary and Preschool:

Dodgeball or medicine ball toss and chase

WOD –
Varsity:
3 x 5:00 AMRAP
6 hang squat cleans, 95#/65#
8 bar-facing burpees
10 pull-ups
Rest 2:00 between each cycle.

Junior Varsity:
3 x 5:00 AMRAP
6 hang squat cleans, 55#/45#
8 bar-facing burpees
10 pull-ups
Rest 2:00 between each cycle.

Novice:
3 x 5:00 AMRAP
6 hang squat cleans, 35#/25#
8 bar-facing burpees
10 pull-ups
Rest 2:00 between each cycle.

Elementary:
2 x 5:00 AMRAP
5 hang squat cleans, PVC-10#
6 burpees
7 pull-ups (progressions or assisted okay)
Rest 2:00 between each cycle.

Preschool:
5:00 AMRAP
5 hang squat cleans, unloaded-PVC
5 burpees
5 pull-ups (progressions or assisted okay)

Cash Out –
