10 jumping jacks => 10 mountain climbers => 10 walking lunges => 10 one-legged side-to-side hops, each leg => 50-meter carioca => 50-meter high-knee skip
Elementary and Preschool:

6 jumping jacks => 6 mountain climbers => 6 walking lunges => 6 one-legged side-to-side hops, each leg => 25-meter carioca => 25-meter high-knee skip
WOD –
Varsity:

Junior Varsity:

1-3 muscle-ups or 7 muscle-up progressions

Novice:
