Warm-Up/Skill –
Varsity, Junior Varsity and Novice:
Tabata squats
Tabata double-unders

Elementary and Preschool:
Tabata squats
Tabata double-unders

WOD –
Varsity:
15:00 AMRAP
10 push-ups
15 knees-to-elbows
200-meter run

Junior Varsity:
15:00 AMRAP
10 push-ups
15 knees-to-elbows
200-meter run

Novice:
15:00 AMRAP
8 push-ups
12 knees-to-elbows
200-meter run

Elementary:
10:00 AMRAP
8 push-ups
8 knees-to-elbows or knee raises
100-meter run

Preschool:
5:00 AMRAP
5 push-ups
5 knees raises
35-meter run

Cooldown/Skill –
Varsity, Junior Varsity and Novice:
3x
100-meter sprint
Max broad jump

Elementary and Preschool:
3x
