Warm-Up/Skill –

Elementary and Preschool:

2:00 double-unders or single-unders
100-meter run

WOD –
Varsity:
12:00 AMRAP
10 wall ball shots, 20#/14#, 10’ target
10 shoulder press, 75#/55#
100-meter run

Junior Varsity:
12:00 AMRAP
10 wall ball shots, 14#/10#, 10’ target
10 shoulder press, 45#/35#
100-meter run

Novice:
12:00 AMRAP
10 wall ball shots, 10#/8#, 10’ target
10 shoulder press, 25#/15#
100-meter run

Elementary:
10:00 AMRAP
10 wall ball shots, 4#-6#, 6’-8’ target
10 shoulder press, unloaded-10#
100-meter run

Preschool:
5:00 AMRAP
5 wall ball shots, dodgeball, 4’-6’ target
5 shoulder press, unloaded
35-meter run

Cooldown/Skill –
Varsity, Junior Varsity and Novice:
3 x
15’ handstand walk
10 hollow rocks

Elementary and Preschool:
3 x
Handstand attempts
5-10 hollow rocks
