Jessie Bradley - 13 rds + 5 pull ups + Handstand walk + 4 squats



Novice:

AMRAP in 12 minutes

5 Pull-ups
20' 
Bear crawl

15 Squats

Pack and Puppies: (Not a Gauntlet division)
AMRAP in 8-10 minutes

5 Pull-ups (Beginner or assisted okay)
20' 
Bear crawl

15 Squats

Everyone:
