Bear crawl => army crawl => forward roll => agility ladder => basic dot drill x 10 => 50-meter carioca => 50-meter back pedal
Elementary and Preschool:

WOD –
Varsity:

50 double-unders
25 hand-release push-ups
25 overhead squats, 45#/35#
Junior Varsity:

15 overhead squats, 35#/25#
Novice:
3 rounds
30 double-unders
20 hand-release push-ups
10 overhead squats, 25#/15#
Elementary:

15 double-unders or single-unders

5 side-to-side hops
