- Yesterday i did backsquat 115 pounds 5 rounds of 5 shoulderpress 55 pounds 5 rounds of 5 and i did deadlift 125 pounds 5 rounds of 5. When I finished that i did 100 pushups and 100 situps then i did: Max pushups in one minute, rest one minute Then max situps in one minute, rest one minute Then max pullups in one minute rest a minuter then max squats in one m inute rest a minute then go back up the ladder starting with squats.

- The girls did the Puppies WOD with the kipping attmepts for the pull-ups. Chins rarely made it over the bar.

- Just want to say how great it is to see all of you working out so consistantly, Scott, Anne, Molly, Anna and Brett.
