Even though Dad got home late from work, Natalie still wanted to do the workout in the dark. CF Kids really is amazing because Natalie always talks about going outside and playing CrossFit.

Joey did 6 or 7 rounds of:

Seven 2# DB Thrusters.

Runs were a mixture of skipping, galloping, crazylegs and backwards and regular running.
Maggie did
12-9-6 of:
Broad jump
5# DB Thrusters
Pull ups (some beginner, some kipping)

- Trent C did 7 rounds in 4:52 for the puppies with a 7 pound Sand filled PVC bar.
Trevor C did 7 rounds on in 7:54 for the Pack workout using a 12 pound powerball for his thrusters.
We have snow in Wyo. today so we did it in the house with some stairs mixed in to the running. The kids sure like seeing their times posted on the page. Thanks!
