Elementary and Preschool:
3x or 5:00
5 push-ups => 5 squats => army crawl => cartwheel => 4 monkey hangs

WOD –
Varsity:
“Jeremy”
21-15-9
Overhead squats, 95#/65#
Burpees

Junior Varsity:
“Jeremy”
21-15-9
Overhead squats, 55#/45#
Burpees

Novice:
“Jeremy”
21-15-9
Overhead squats, 35#/25#
Burpees

Elementary:

Front squats, unloaded-10#
Burpees

Preschool:

Cooldown/Skill –

False grip hangs and jump to support practice
