Using 10-15# DB
One armed DB Clean and Press, Step up onto 15 " Box
Step down switch arms, repeat =Count of one

Puppies:
10 reps for time
Using 5-8# DB
One armed DB Clean and Press, Step up onto 10 " Box
Step down switch arms, repeat =Count of one

  4. The photo shows Mark who has been training with me for about 8 months. He plays football ( American - not Soccer) for a local team and came to me for some strength training. I now train him, his 2 brothers and also one other member of team.
