- The photo shows Mark who has been training with me for about 8 months. He plays football ( American - not Soccer) for a local team and came to me for some strength training. I now train him, his 2 brothers and also one other member of team.

- Anna, Molly and Brett (all in their jammies this morning) and I (in exercise clothes) did The Puppies workout together on the back patio step. Took 1:42
