    I loved the workout it was easy and fun. My brother helped me do it, this was my first time he does regular crossfit. Mty favorite part was the thrusters =0-)-<

  5. Anna and Molly did joey. anna did 10# for thrusters and kipping pull-ups & molly used 6# for thrusters & kipping pull-ups too. anna's time was 6:50 & molly's time was 6:30. and molly is a little bit sick.
