Novice:

10 Handstand Push ups

Pack:

3 Pull Overs or Kick Overs (assisted okay)
5 Barrier Handstand Push ups

Puppies:
3 Rounds

3 Pull Overs or Kick Overs (assisted okay)
5 Bridged Handstand Push ups

Everybody work on forward rolls.
