- Cj- Many exercises are on the videos as posted above on the right hand link.
All CrossFit Kids programmming is based on the workouts from CrossFit.com, scaled and modified of course.
CrossFit.com provides an extensive video library of almost all the exercises, and we are building a child specific one for CrossFitKids, as we speak. In the meantime ask away if there is anything left unex-plained and we will explain it here.
