  2. I did the below workout this morning my time on it was 10:38. My best time on it is 6:00. This workout reeeeeeeeally works out your shoulders. It is the workout for 2-21-08.

    3 rounds
    50 jump ropes
    15 hang power snatches (45#)
    15 pushups
