- Today I did cindy ( how many rounds can you do in 20 minutes of 5 pullups 10 pushups 15 squats). I got 19 rounds then I did 5 rounds of hill sprint 5 broad jumps and shoot the soccer ball three times at three cones ten meters away you have to knock down all cones before continuueing on workout and you have to shoot the ball not pass it. On Monday I did 5 rounds of 5 back squats 45#, then I did 5 rounds of 5 slam ball sprint 20 meters 10 slamball. ( rest 1 minute inbetween rounds)
