- I did a card workout this morning where diamonds=Over head squats,clubs=front squats,hearts=back squats,spades=plain squats. My time going through the whole deck was 16:49.

- What a great workout! I think I'll use it in my class when we begin to have enough early evening light to be outside again.

- 5:12. I did the Pack rank. 5 rounds of running 100m, and 5 begginer pullups. That was way to easy! I need more of a challenge!

- Logan - Good job... If it is too easy spend 10 minutes working on pullup progressions
and then do this with a harder version of the pullup next time. Kee posting and let us know your progress.
