The 2013 CrossFit Kids Elementary Curriculum is now available in the CrossFit Kids store.

Warm-Up/Skill –
Varsity, Junior Varsity and Novice:
3x
20 squats => 20 tuck jumps => 250-meter row

Elementary and Preschool:
3x or 5:00
5-10 squats => 5-10 tuck jumps => 15-50-meter run

WOD –
Varsity:
5 rounds
6 thrusters, 135#/95#
200-meter run

Junior Varsity:
5 rounds
6 thrusters, 65#/45#
200-meter run

Novice:
5 rounds
5 thrusters, 45#/35#
200-meter run

Elementary:
5 rounds
5 thrusters, unloaded-10#
100-meter run

Preschool:
3 rounds
5 front squats, unloaded
5 push-up-the-sky presses, unloaded
15-meter run

Cooldown/Skill –
Varsity, Junior Varsity and Novice:
10:00
Handstand walks or handstand practice
Mobility

Elementary:
5:00-10:00
Handstand practice

Preschool:
5:00
Handstand practice
