Medicine Ball for Height
1. Start in a good squat position, back straight with the ball on the ground between your legs
2. Keeping your arms straight explode upward until your ankles, knees , and hips are fully extended
3. Allow the force of your legs to be transfered to your arms as you throw the ball up
