CrossFit Kids Snohomish
"Makimba"
Three rounds, 15-10- and 5 reps, for time of:
10 pound Thrusters
Burpees
Air Squats
Puppies scale the thrusters down to 3-5# dumbbells.

- I have to say that when I first saw this posted, I thought, seems rather easy, but we'll go with it. Now I know why. Just read the court papers on crossfit.com. Elijah will definetly be doing this one tomorrow. I may even give it a shot myself after my 5k. Although I like Jeff Martin's view on running. "I teach people to fight, not run." I guess I need to come out to learn to fight!
