- We had lots of Kiddos today so it was team CFK time. 3 on 3 girls vs boys. 150: Jumping Pull ups, Push ups (some did knee push ups), sit ups (feet anchored), and squats. We didn't time it. The kids were amazing. It was a virtual tie. The boys may have finished 1/2 second sooner, but this could have been made up in the time that I had to lift Joey to the bar for pullups. We're calling it a tie. Most importantly they all had fun, did the exercises properly and worked their little buns off.
