CrossFit Kids - Kilt Day workout

CrossFit Kids action

'Molly'

Big Dawgs:
As many rounds as possible in 20 minutes of:

Run 100 M
7 Dumbbell Cleans,25#
7 Pull ups

The Porch:
As many rounds as possible in 15 minutes of:

Run 100 M
7 Dumbbell Cleans, 15-20#
7 Pull ups

Pack:
As many rounds as possible in 12 minutes of:

Run 100 M
7 Dumbbell Cleans, 8-10#
7 Pull ups or Beginner Pull ups

Puppies:
As many rounds as possible in 10 minutes of:

Run 50 M
7 Dumbbell Cleans, 2-5#
7 Beginner, Assisted or Jumping Pull ups

Buttercups:
As many rounds as possible in 8 minutes of:

Run 25 M
7 Dumbbell Cleans, 2-5#
7 Beginner, Assisted or Jumping Pull ups

    3Rnds
    400m Run
    5 Sets Bleacher Lunges
    5 Sets Stair Sprints


    Legs felt like rubber when I was done
    Then I practiced cartwheels

  3. The girls did the Molly wod, puppies version with kipping pull-ups and 5#DBs for cleans
    Anna - 5 rounds exactly (she says she got worn out playing chase at the park all afternoon)

    Molly - 6 rounds plus 50 meter run.

    Way to go girls!

    Mags-puppies w/ 3# DB cln., kipping and jumping pull ups 5 rounds
    Joey-puppies w/ 2# DB cln., assisted pullups about 4 rounds with one potty break!
    Carlie-ran about 6 25m runs and did about 3 rounds of 5 squats and 5 assisted pullups.

    The kids did Fran today:
    15-12-9
    Thrusters
    Jumping ring pull ups

    Zoe - 2:38 5# DB
    Zelda: 2:55 unweighted
    Finn: 3:12 5# DB
    McKenna: 4:26 5#DB
    Rose: 4:28 unweighted

    The ring pull ups were too low so not as challenging as it could have been but they all had fun doing Fran for the first time!
