- I did a half marathon on Sunday, August 31, 2008, and I set a time goal for 3 hours. My time was 2 hours 56 minutes. I did some CrossFit Kids workouts to help get me get prepared. It was really fun!

- Congratulations, Elizabeth W. That is quite an accomplishment. My entire family has been doing CrossFit Kids workouts (myself included) for a while now. It is a great way for a family to have fun and stay healthy.

- The girls did this one together. While one was doing pull-ups, the other was working on her Becks Burpees. Great job girls!
