  3. Lily (6). 5 full rounds. Jumps to one stair, snatches following Sage's video. "Have I beaten Harry yet?" In fact, Harry (4) pulled the pin after 2 rounds. Good work Lily.

  4. Matthew - dead on with the AMRAP. Mase, you are to do as many rounds as possible in 15 minutes (unless you are a buttercup, then it is in 10 minutes)

  6. Anna and Molly did it with 20" box and 3# snatches. Anna did all 15 minutes. Molly did 1/2 the time and then dribbled her soccer ball and jogged/ran the rest of the 15 minutes. Brett napped. grin

  7. Mase-BC w/10" box and PVC snatches
    did full 10 minutes.

    Snatch is a difficult movement for my 5yr old to grasp, other than reps and coaching is there anything else you would advise, any ideas or techniques would be greatly appreciated.

    Break down the Snatch into seperate movements and have your 5 yr. old work on different parts of the movement. Over time and through practice, your 5 yr. old will start putting the whole movement together.
