CrossFit Kids action

The 2013 CrossFit Kids Elementary Curriculum is now available in the CrossFit Kids store.

Warm-Up/Skill –
Varsity, Junior Varsity and Novice:
400-meter run
Accumulate 20-30 strict pull-ups in as few sets as possible

Elementary and Preschool:
3x or 5:00
Pull-up practice
50-meter run

WOD –
Varsity:
3 rounds
200-meter run
3 front squats, 185#/115#
25 double-unders

Junior Varsity:
3 rounds
200-meter run
3 front squats, 95#/65#
25 double-unders

Novice:
3 rounds
200-meter run
6 front squats, 45#/35#
25 double-unders

Elementary:
3 rounds
100-meter run
6 front squats, unloaded-10#
12 double-unders or single-unders

Preschool:
3 rounds
35-meter run
5 front squats, unloaded
6 front-to-back hops

Cooldown/Skill –
Varsity, Junior Varsity and Novice:
8:00 EMOM
Muscle-ups
Or
Muscle-up practice

Elementary and Preschool:
5:00-10:00
Handstand practice
