- Today i did 4 rounds of back squat 45 pounds 8 reps then after each round did bounding box jumps
then 4 rounds of shoulder press 45 pounds 3 reps then do wall ball 4 reps
later I did 3 rounds of
deadlift 12Kg KB 10 reps
10 one handed swings each hand with 12Kg KB
10 each hand klubbell 5lb
