    Are there specs on the rope (length, type, size, etc) for rope climbs?

  2. 20 minutes of soccer CFK style. Daddy and Mags vs. Mommy and Joey. 10 squats if your team gets scored on.

  4. We couldn't work out for the past few days because of the smoke and ashes in the air. But my dad drove by Brand X and it's okay. I can't wait until everyone gets back home and we can work out again.
