Are there specs on the rope (length, type, size, etc) for rope climbs?

- 20 minutes of soccer CFK style. Daddy and Mags vs. Mommy and Joey. 10 squats if your team gets scored on.
Big goals=lots of squats.

- We couldn't work out for the past few days because of the smoke and ashes in the air. But my dad drove by Brand X and it's okay. I can't wait until everyone gets back home and we can work out again.

- The girls did the Puppies WOD subbing 15 towel-jumping pull-ups for each rope climb
