CrossFit Kids - Are you going to the CrossFit Games?
Big Dawgs:
As many rounds as possible in 20 minutes of:
5 Broad jumps
5 Power snatches, 35-45#
5 Push ups
The Porch:
As many rounds as possible in 20 minutes of:
5 Broad jumps
5 Power snatches, 20-30#
5 Push ups
Pack:
As many rounds as possible in 15 minutes of:
5 Broad jumps
5 Power snatches, 10-15#
5 Push ups (Box push ups okay)
Puppies:
As many rounds as possible in 10-12 minutes of:
5 Broad jumps
5 Power snatches, 3-5#
5 Box Push ups

- Anna as rx'd with 3#bar power snatches but subbed 16.5" bench jumps for bench push-ups (mom's mistake) in 11 minutes - 7 rounds + broad jumps, power snatches and 2 bench jumps
Molly as rx'd with 3#bar Power snatches in 10 minutes - 13 rounds

2. Soccer Ball High Squat Tosses (subbed for Power Snatches)
