The 2013 CrossFit Kids Elementary Curriculum is now available in the CrossFit Kids store.

Warm-Up/Skill –
Varsity, Junior Varsity and Novice:
Max double-unders in 1:00
400-meter run
Max double-unders in 1:00

Elementary and Preschool:
Max double-unders, single-unders, or side-to-side hops in 1:00
100-meter run
Max double-unders, single-unders, or side-to-side hops in 1:00

WOD –
Varsity:
4 x 4:00 AMRAPs, rest 2:00
6 dumbbell power cleans, 35#/30#
6 one-arm overhead lunge steps, each arm, 35#/30#
100-meter run

Junior Varsity:
4 x 4:00 AMRAPs, rest 2:00
6 dumbbell power cleans, 25#/20#
6 one-arm overhead lunge steps, each arm, 25#/20#
100-meter run

Novice:
4 x 4:00 AMRAPs, rest 2:00
6 dumbbell power cleans, 20#/15#
6 one-arm overhead lunge steps, each arm, 20#/15#
100-meter run

Elementary:
3 x 4:00 AMRAPs, rest 2:00
6 dumbbell power cleans, unloaded-10#
6 one-arm overhead lunge steps, each arm, unloaded-10#
50-meter run

Preschool:
5:00 AMRAP
6 power cleans, unloaded
6 one-arm overhead lunge steps, each arm, unloaded
25-meter run

Cooldown/Skill –
Varsity, Junior Varsity and Novice:
2x
25 sit-ups
10 superman-to-hollow-rocks

Elementary and Preschool:
2x
10 sit-ups
5-10 superman-to-hollow-rocks
