Pack:

1 Minute Max Box Jumps, 15-20"
1 Minute Max Push ups

Puppies:
3 rounds

1 Minute Max Box Jumps, 12-15"
1 Minute Max Push ups

If you cannot do full push ups yet, use one of the push up progressions found in the first CrossFit Kids Magazine.

  2. Did this WOD at the park.
    Mags did the jumps to about 18"-20" and did elevated push ups on the same step. About 10 jumps per minute and 20 push ups.

    Joey did four minutes total. Jumps to 12 inches. About 5 or 6 jumps per minute because of the 10 yard running start for each one. Push ups on the same step. About 10 per minute.

    Then Maggie made up a grip destroying obstacle course with monkey swings, skin the cats, box jumps, monkey bars and a slide down the slide.
