  2. Whats a sub for deadlifts? I don't have access to weights. Could I just do squats with body weight?

  3. I rocked out "Kollin" Big Dawg in 10 min 32 sec, doing 45 squats(without added weight) instead of 15 deadlifts.

    Awesome workout. The buy in and cash outs added extra layers that really made you work!

    back to doing the workouts and to start out the week I did:

    As Many Rounds As Possible In 15 min. Of:
    25 box jumps
    Maximum Pull*ups 1-9
    2-6
    3-6
    4-5 -> 55 pull*ups
    5-6 8 rds.
