- I did a repeat of spic and span fran tonight. Mom, dad, and Tabitha (Big sis) had done Fran at Crossfit.
We got the reps right this time

For my mom and Tab it ws their first time to do Fran as Rx'd.

- Mom says Fran must have fried her brain. We got the reps wrong again! Too many last time and not enough this time. I guess it evens out
