  2. Hey Scott,

    CrossFit Kids has a glossary that explains some of the exercises. There is a video of a pull over and kick over on the glossary page. Click on 'glossary' on the left side bar and scroll down until you reach the demo of a pull over and kick over.

  3. Today we did deadlifts and backsquats, i got 140 by 3 deadlift and 125 by 3 backsquat. Then the warm-up was run 100m and then 5 push jerks with 45#. Then the workout was 4 rds of 3 pullovers and 5 HSPU progressions.
    That one was fun!
