The Porch:

10 Ring Push Ups
20 Pull Ups

Pack:

3 Rounds
Sprint 100M
10 Push Ups
15 Pull Ups (When you cannot do anymore regular pull ups fill in with Beginner, Jumping or Assisted)

Puppies:

3 Rounds
Sprint 50M
10 Push Ups
10 Pull Ups (Beginner, Jumping or assisted)

Buttercups:

3 Rounds
Sprint 50M
10 Push Ups
10 Pull Ups (Beginner, Jumping or assisted)

  3. I'm not going to lie this was a tough workout.I have a name for this workout but....I don't think it's appropiate.
