If you do not have rings to do muscle ups please sub pull ups and dips. Sub the pull ups and dips 2/1 for muscle ups.

- My wife and I homeschool our two boys ages 5 & 7 (with a little girl on the way). We have been following the Crossfit Kids WOD for the boys' PE class for last 3 weeks. The oldest loves it. The younger is gaining confidence. I've noticed an increase in strength in both, and the younger is running a lot faster than he was before.

- Nice work Zadzia. 16 rounds + is impressive.
DS, My kids started right around those ages, and I have seen the same gains you've mentioned. It is amazing to watch the confidence my children have found by increasing and recognizing their physical competence. Good luck and keep posting. It will be fun to watch their progress. And congratulations on the girl on the way.
