2 forward rolls => precision jump => 5 box jumps, 20”-24” => 5 squats => 5 strict pull-ups

Elementary and Preschool:
5:00
Forward roll => precision jump => 5 box jumps, 10”-20” => 5 squats => 5 monkey hangs

WOD –
Varsity:
20-minute AMRAP
12 burpees
200-meter run
8 ring dips
100-meter run

Junior Varsity:
18-minute AMRAP
10 burpees
200-meter run
6 ring dips or bar dips
100-meter run

Novice:
15-minute AMRAP
10 burpees
200-meter run
6 bar dips
100-meter run

Elementary:
8-minute AMRAP
8 burpees
100-meter run
4 jump-to-support on rings or p-bars
50-meter run

Preschool:
5-minute AMRAP
5 burpees
50-meter run
3 jump-to-support on rings or p-bars
35-meter run

Cash Out –
Varsity, Junior Varsity and Novice:
3 x
Ring handstand practice (with spotters)

Elementary and Preschool:
3 x
Handstand practice (with spotter)
