Partner jump x 10 => balance beam => walking lunge => vault

Elementary and Preschool:
2x
Partner jump x 3 => balance beam => walking lunge => vault or up-and-over plyo box, 20”-30”

WOD –
Varsity:
7 rounds
3 deadlifts, 255#/165#
7 burpees
10 double-unders

Junior Varsity:
7 rounds
3 deadlifts, 115#/75#
7 burpees
10 double-unders

Novice:
7 rounds
3 deadlifts, 75#/55#
7 burpees
10 double-unders

Elementary:
7 rounds
3 deadlifts, 3#/8#
7 burpees
10 double-unders or single-unders

Preschool:
5 rounds
3 deadlifts, unloaded
7 burpees
10 side-to-side hops

Cooldown/Skill –
Varsity, Junior Varsity and Novice:
Max plank hold on elbows

Elementary and Preschool:
Max plank hold on elbows
