A Sotts Press is an Overhead squat with a shoulder press while holding in the botom position.
Hold a bar in a snatch grip. Do an overhead squat. In the the bottom of a squat bring the bar down behind the head and touch the shoulders. Press the bar overhead the required number of times. Return the bar to overhead and return to the standing position.
