CrossFit Kids - Skill Day
Today practice lateral jumps and precision jumps for at least five minutes.

- Bradley we are working on the videos, we rely on our longtime participants to help by posting explanations when nec. Lateral jump are simply hopping side to side over and object. Precision jumps were featured in an article by Jesse Woody in the Feb 2008 edition of CrossFit Kids Magazine, and involving jumping and landing in a squat position on 2x4 trainers.

- The girls jumped around the house for 5 minutes back and forth and with a target and landing in a squat.

- tonight with coach jeff i did:
3 rounds
10 jumps for height
10 kettlebell swings #12
10 pull ups

- The girls did "Joey" today.
Joey did Puppies w/ 3# DB Thrusters and jumping pullups. 7 minutes. Video coming soon.
Maggie did puppies with 5# DB Thrusters and kipping pull ups. 4:45
