- We had the honor of having CF Kid's very own all star trainer Nichole DeHart (and her awesome CF studette mom) at CF Snohomish today. What amazing trainers! The kids had a blast. They all did this WOD with a variety of weights, balls, and kipping and jumping pullups. It was untimed, but they all worked their little buns off! Way to go kids. And, thanks Nichole and Mary from all of the CF Snohomish crew.
