Highland games practice at Brand X March 17th.
P.T. Test
Max Sit Ups (1 Minute Time limit)
Shoulder blades on ground to sitting position
Feet can be held
Max Push ups (To Failure)
Chest and thighs touch ground at bottom
Full extension of arms at top
Resting may occur in top position holding plank. Breaking from the plank at anytime the test is over.
(Young kids may use 90 Degree rule)
Max Pull ups ( To Failure)
Full extension at bottom to chin over bar
Broad Jump (Distance)
Measure distance covered
Complete the test and report your scores here!
When complete practice cartwheels and front rolls for 10 minutes.

- age 9 max situps 1 minute 46 max pushups 40 max pullups 10 long jumps 112 inches or 9 feet

- Molly: 21 sit-ups, 2 pull-ups, 20 knee push-ups, 52 1/2" broad jump
Anna: 30 sit-ups, 3 pull-ups, 11 regular push-ups, 58 1/2" broad jump

- CFK class at BX did PT test for 1 minute Max squats. Delaney got the highest number with 43. Coaches only counted good reps.
Then
10 rounds
5 Tuck jumps
5 Flying Squirrels
5 Box Jumps
Mini talk on squat flexibility w/hands OH and with feet together. Bored all the children with too much about shoulder and hip flexibility blah blah quick switch to...Headstand practice !
