The 2013 CrossFit Kids Elementary Curriculum is now available in the CrossFit Kids store.

Warm-Up/Skill –
Varsity, Junior Varsity and Novice:
10 Turkish get-ups, each arm (load based on excellent technique and safe control)

Elementary and Preschool:
5:00-10:00
Play with Turkish get-ups

WOD –
Varsity:
10:00 AMRAP
2 rope climbs
4 handstand push-ups
8 pull-ups
16 sit-ups

Junior Varsity:
10:00 AMRAP
2 rope climbs
4 handstand push-ups
8 pull-ups
16 sit-ups

Novice:
10:00 AMRAP
1 rope climb
3 handstand push-ups
6 pull-ups
12 sit-ups

Elementary:
10:00 AMRAP
1 rope climb or beginner rope climb
2 wall walk-ups
4 pull-ups (progressions or assisted okay)
12 sit-ups

Preschool:
5:00 AMRAP
1 beginner rope climb
2 wall walk-ups
4 monkey hangs
6 sit-ups

Cooldown/Skill –
Varsity, Junior Varsity and Novice:
1-mile time trial

Elementary and Preschool:
200-400-meter sprint
Or
50-100-meter sprint
