- Hey Brian - its great to have you!
For the WOD today, have your kids do
5 reps of each exercise, then 7 reps of each exercise and then 10 reps of each exercise. Scaling for this WOD is weight dependent.

- Oh, gotcha. I was thinking it was 5 Broad Jumps, 7 Thrusters, and 10 SDHP.
Thanks for the clarification. I look forward to getting my kids involved in CF. They enjoy helping me and I know they'll enjoy doing it themselves at their level.

5 7 9 Broad Jumps, Thrusters, SDHP
Tabitha (7 yo) - 5:15
Ethan (6 yo) - 7:25
Naomi (3 yo) - didn't keep track, but she was excited following along
Solomon (18 mths) - wandered around our garage gym while it was all going on
