Big Dawgs:
Complete in as few sets as possible
45# Overhead squats, 75 reps

The Porch:

Post number of sets and weight to comments.
Pack:
Complete in as few sets as possible
10-15# Overhead squats, 50 reps
Post number of sets and weight to comments.
Puppies:
Complete in as few sets as possible
PVC Overhead squats, 50 reps
Post number of sets and weight to comments.
Buttercups:
Complete in as few sets as possible
PVC Overhead squats, 35 reps

- Did all 50 reps in one set! Took it slow and focused on technique and form. Had to teach my son (8 yr old) to keep hips back a press through heels with chin up. We just started this week with crossfit kids. Awesome for development!

- My sets for above were 1=40, 2=35.
I did it again this afternoon my sets were 1=57, 2=18. It is a nice arm workout.

- Anna and Molly used a 3# bar and did them all in one set. They felt pretty wobbly at the end.
Josiah and Levi, way to go on the BIG DAWGS!
Greg, just started on CrossFit Kids and were able to do it all in one set? Wow!

Mom said her "nasty Girl" muscles hurt too much to do these. So how could she do Turkish get-ups?
