Big Dawgs:
5 Rounds
Run 100 M
10 Pull ups
10 Wall Ball (10-14#)
10 Pull ups
10 Wall Ball (10-14#)
Pack:
4 Rounds
Run 100 M
10 Pull ups
10 Wall Ball (6-8#)
10 Pull ups
10 Wall Ball (6-8#)
Pack, do as many pull ups as you are able, then fill the rest in with beginner or jumping pull ups.
Puppies:
3 Rounds
Run 100 M
10 Beginner or Jumping Pull ups
10 Wall Ball (4#)
10 Beginner or Jumping Pull ups
10 Wall Ball (4#)
Sub dumbell Thrusters for wall ball if you do not have a medicine ball.

The students had a choice of either standard pull ups (no kipping) or deadhang for time. Connor was the first in his class to go. Everyone else chose the hang for time option.
I will show Connor your comments tomorrow.

- 33 dead hangs! Holey carp, Batman! And eveyone else did hang for time. I LOVE IT!
