8 Forward Rolls

3 rounds
10 Roll up squats
20 Wall Ball, (7' - 6-8#)

Puppies:
5 Forward Rolls

3 rounds
5 Roll up squats
15 Wall Ball, (6' - 2-4#)


Roll up Squat
1. Start standing up
2. Squat down to the bottom of the squat position
3. Roll onto back
4. Kick your feet forward and roll back into the bottom of the squat position
5. Stand up

  1. I just found out you have cross fit for kids my husband has been doing crossfit for him and loving it and i am gonna try to start. And to find out you have it for kids this is excellent we are gonna have to start are 3 girls on this that is awesome we always want somthing for them to do to keep them in shape other then karate. Im so excited to find this.
