CrossFit Kids- Skill Day
Practice different types of pull ups, or jumping pull ups.
Use rope pullups, ring pullups,strict, frogging, kipping etc.
If you are a Big Dawg practice Commando or Atlas pullups.

- We practiced the following types of pull-ups:
10 overhand jumping pull-ups
10 underhand jumping pull-ups
10 mixed grip jumping pull-ups
10 Froggy jumping pull-ups
And then as many as you can:
Overhand strict pull-ups
Underhand strict pull-ups
Mixed strict pull-ups
Then practiced the first part of a kipping pull-up by standing, holding the bar and swinging tummy forward and back.

- Wow! That is some serious pull up work! Nicely done.
Tonight at Brand X
Warm up: Run-squat-Run
Focus work: Review SDHP, shrug and pull, practice getting kb from floor to hang position.
Workout: AMRAP in 10 minutes
5 Broad jumps
5 Lunges
5 Hollow rocks
5 Push ups
Game: Polar bear tap out

- tonight I did three rounds of 10 broad jumps and 10 pullups. 5:24
