  5. I haven't been doing crossfitkids since I started school (which was on July 17th) because I've been busy with track and field. But don't worry I haven't stopped working out wink my coach keeps me fit and in shape!!! I'm gonna be doing crossfit hopefully every once in awhile smile. I see that every one is keeping up there good work...Great job you guys!!!!!!!!!!! :D

    alternating lunges 15# dumbells
