CrossFit Kids - Skill Day
CrossFit Kids Snohomish
Stand on one side of a small barrier or line on the ground. On one leg hop back and forth across the barrier. How many times can you hop over the barrier without putting the other leg down? Repeat on the other side.

20 Push-Ups(really worked on my BrandX form today)

Bear Crawl/Broad Jump Relays
I think that about does it for today.
