Everyone practice frog stands for 5 minutes when you are done with the workout.

- In the Fight Gone Bad workout you record the number of repetitions completed.

- Ok, so me and my brother did the workout and here are the results:
Me: My time was 6 mins and 12 seconds (Pack Workout)
My brother:His Time was 8 mins and 10 seconds (Puppy workout)
