Maggie did the WOD from 9/24/08. She has had her eye on that one since it was posted. She did it untimed with a 4# ball to a 6-8 ft. target and a 12" box.
Joey did today's with beginner pull ups.
She was going to go for 7 minutes, but then she just got in the groove and did 13 minutes. She completed 3 rounds. Way to go Joe.
Carlie took a nap!
